Tape Applications

Tapes are not only for masking, packaging, and strapping, they have an endless array of uses. A few Tape applications are bonding, mounting, insulating, sound damping, and thermal management. Instead of using rivets, welds, screws, or liquid glue, you can use high-bonding tapes to bond high-tech material that has special structures and unique properties. Tapes can be used in all industries such as Manufacturing, Construction art & Display, Aerospace & Defense, and Entertainment.

No need to use rivers and liquid glues, you can use a variety of different types to put all kinds of signage. A few different types of tapes are Permanent tape, clean removal tape, very high bonding tapes, double-sided adhesive tape, one-side adhesive and one-side clean removal tapes, and low, medium, and high tack tapes. Application 4: Furniture manufacturing Furniture manufacturing uses hot melt glue to bond fabric to MDF panels. Residue-free double-sided tapes can be used to bond all kinds of office furniture instead of hot melt glue.

Application 5: The neon sign box Challenge was to build an aluminum box on painted panels and attach wiring to show the lights. You can use very high bonding tapes that bond aluminum to all panels instead of screws and bolts. PVC tapes come in handy to produce the electric wires.
