PRODUCT APPLICATION Masking for chemical paint stripping of aircraft and use as an underlay for PMB Blast Tape (dry stripping process). Also can be used for electroplating (of aluminum), heat reflection/dissipation, and to seam and seal fiberglass duct board, sheet metal ductwork, and flexible duct wrap to enhance appearance and maintain vapor barrier integrity. Description
3.0 mil dead soft aluminum foil with aggressive pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. Provides instant, water-resistant adhesion to clean, dry surfaces. Adheres well to itself (where overlapped) yet dispenses from the roll for easy application. Conforms to irregular/curved surfaces as it remains flexible and resists cracking and lifting. Also UV resistant. Recommended minimum application temperature: 35ºF. Release coated kraft liner.
